Teco NV is a family business from Dendermonde, specialising in the production of electrical meter cabinets and accessories. In this capacity, the company supplies grid operators such as Fluvius. Teco has been working with WAAK Metal Assembly since 2004. Maria Gonzalez, Administrative Manager at Teco, shared the following about the collaboration:
“Communication with WAAK runs very smoothly: the delivery conditions are clear, the product quality is excellent, the prices are competitive, and the employees are highly customer-oriented. Regarding the latter, I recall an incident at the end of 2024 when a serious shortage loomed for a part produced by the WAAK Metal Assembly department.
With the Christmas holidays approaching, delivery seemed only possible in February, which would have caused us serious problems. WAAK understood the situation and helped us source the raw materials through an alternative supplier. Their team went to great lengths to ensure that our product was produced and delivered before the holidays. We remain grateful to WAAK for this—it earned them the highest appreciation within our company.”
